In addition to Meridium’s superior training and consulting services, it’s nice to know that personal support is only a phone call away. Our highly trained Customer Support group makes certain that each call is handled with the utmost care and courtesy.

Customer Support maintains a dedicated telephone help desk staffed by Meridium software experts. Live support hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Additionally, a support technician is available through voice mail or pager from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time). Weekend and holiday support and/or extended hours can be arranged as needed. Outside of normal support hours, all customers have access to our knowledge base on the Web. Meridium Online is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
