Analysis of design, maintenance and operational data is a cornerstone of understanding the historical and future performance of an asset. Meridium’s reliability analysis capabilities include statistical tools to measure asset performance, such as reliability distribution, reliability growth, unreliability cost analysis, spares analysis, and production analysis. Meridium Reliability Analytics also provides the capability to model the connectivity of production assets and assess the reliability and availability of a collection of assets, a production unit, or a complete facility. In addition, what-if simulations can be performed to understand the future failures, downtime, availability, reliability and costs of assets and systems. This provides a fact based approach to verify potential changes in asset/system configurations, changes in the asset strategy, or changes in component reliability.
