Meridium to complete green renovations on historic building by
October
Roanoke, VA - Meridium, the global leader in asset performance management
(APM) software and consulting services, announced that it has purchased and will
begin immediate renovations on a 100-year-old historic building in downtown
Roanoke that will serve as its new expanded global headquarters. The
44,000-square-foot structure at 207 Bullitt Avenue will undergo environmentally
friendly renovations throughout the summer.
The move will benefit customers and employees alike by providing much-needed
space for the company to grow. “As we’ve expanded our international offices in
Dubai, India, and Brazil; it has required us to add infrastructure in our
Roanoke headquarters to provide the core services needed to support our global
operations,” according to Bonz Hart, Meridium founder and president.
“We wanted a building that we could tailor to reflect the mission of our
company, which is to protect people, the environment and jobs in the sectors
that we serve,” said Hart. “When assets fail at these companies, bad
things can happen. To achieve our company mission, we needed more space for
additional resources as we expand our solution and an open floor plan so we can
design a new customer collaboration center for working with our clients and
offices world-wide.”
