The instructors will provide an overview of a sample assessment process, as well as insight into factors that have been observed to contribute to a company's APM maturity.

Case Study: SKF Asset Management Case Study

This critical workshop component will see attendees conduct a simple individual self-assessment facilitated through key questions and answers, where participants will respond individually but confidentially.
