This session will share industry best practices and highlight pertinent information from relevant studies and surveys. Participants will also learn about current APM trends and issues in participating industries.

Value Assurance and Client Maturity
This session will help attendees address typical key business drivers including risk mitigation, cost optimization, predictable production, and quality and consistency. The instructors will provide an overview of a sample assessment process, as well as insight into factors that have been observed to contribute to a company's APM maturity.

Case Study: SKF Asset Management Case Study
Instructors will share a case study from workshop sponsor SKF, including steps for getting ready to operate and maintain safely, populating existing systems, targeting and achieving benefits, and suggested next steps for sustainable APM.

Open Discussion
In this portion of the workshop, attendees will participate in an open discussion about his/her operating environment and prime threats, fears and drivers. The forum will also ask how these factors shape overall objectives, as tied to the corporate bottom line.

APM Lifecycle Management in Relation to Your Maturity
This topic will highlight some key APM work processes, systems and technologies and help attendees identify how to map them to the appropriate technology for localized processes. This session of the workshop will also focus on the synergies and advantages of the Meridium-SKF-Tanjung alliance from your perspective.

Maturity Assessment Workshop
This critical workshop component will see attendees conduct a simple individual self-assessment facilitated through key questions and answers, where participants will respond individually but confidentially.

Each participant will be supplied with preparatory work in the form of a number of key data requirements that you would obtain and verify before attending the event.

Conclusions
Post the event, Meridium, SKF and Tanjung will be responding to each self-assessment with their key findings, main recommendations, and prime opportunities.
