The Manufacturing Game^®

Meridium is pleased to be certified to facilitate The Manufacturing Game^® workshops, which are known throughout industry as an extremely effective tool for increasing team learning, cross-departmental communications and decision making that lead to eliminating plant defects and improving operations.

The Manufacturing Game^® is a two-day workshop that accelerates real-world experience through a high tech learning lab. Through the use of practice fields and strategic simulation, participants learn in a very short time what usually takes several years to experience onsite at a plant. As leaders of the workshop, Meridium will teach attendees how to create an immediate action plan, align strategies with daily functional tasks and work through organizational issues to attain better asset performance management.

Originally introduced at the DuPont Chemical Company, The Manufacturing Game^® has been used by a host of manufacturing companies worldwide to hone their operations.
