Bonz Hart
President

Bonz Hart, President, Meridium, Inc.

Bonz Hart founded Meridium in 1993 with a vision of helping the world's asset intensive industries improve availability and reduce incidents through effective asset performance management. Working for industrial software companies, consulting for Fortune 500 companies, being part of new company startup management teams and developing innovative software at DuPont drove Bonz’s passion for and commitment to meeting customer needs world-wide. At DuPont, he created a team of key technology partners to develop plans for a revolutionary plant information system to significantly reduce operating costs. He later joined a software venture and built a consortium of leading companies to create an enterprise plant software system for manufacturing. Today, he leads a unique team that is committed to solving customer problems, delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, measuring ROI and continually expanding the ways that Meridium software can help companies improve asset performance management.


Brad Broughton
Vice President, Sales

Brad Broughton, Vice President, Sales, Meridium, Inc.

For the 15 years prior to joining Meridium, Brad was with Demand Wave Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain execution software, where he served as Vice President, Sales and Services. Brad holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary (Virginia, USA).



Volker Enders
Managing Regional Director, Europe

Volker Enders, Managing Regional Director, Europe, Meridium, Inc.

Volker joined Meridium from SAP, where he was responsible for business development in the utilities, waste and telecommunications consulting division. Prior to SAP, he was managing partner and founder of an SAP consulting firm for 14 years, where he was responsible for sales and external affairs, as well as all aspects of finance and alliance management with SAP. He has experience consulting in more than 25 utilities, and developed the SAP R/2 solution RIVA (today R/3 IS-U/CCS) for Arthur Andersen. Volker has a degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering (Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany).


Bob Francis
Vice President, Marketing

Bob Francis, Vice President, Marketing, Meridium, Inc.

With more than 15 years of marketing and media relations experience, Bob’s goal is to provide customers with all the information they need to discover the power and potential of Meridium in their organization. Prior to joining Meridium, Bob worked for Aspen Technology and a number of other software and technology organizations where he managed international marketing projects and events as well as major rebranding and repositioning efforts. Bob holds multiple degrees in graphic arts and communications, as well as an MBA from LeTourneau University (Texas, USA).


Mike Hack
Director of Contract Operations

Mike Hack, Director of Contract Operations, Meridium, Inc.

Mike has extensive experience in banking and financial management. Prior to joining Meridium he was vice president with a regional bank chain and directed the credit compliance and administration group. With a focus on limiting Meridium's corporate risk, Mike works with our legal team to manage and negotiate contracts regarding software license sales, service work and third party ecosystem work. Mike holds a BA in Industrial Economics and Accounting from Westphalia Academy (Dortmund, Germany).


Greg Horrell
Managing Regional Director, Asia Pacific

Greg Horrell, Managing Regional Director, Asia Pacific, Meridium, Inc.

Greg is responsible for operations across Asia Pacific and South Africa from Meridium’s regional office in Perth, Australia. Greg has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Southern Illinois (USA). He was involved in both maintenance and engineering while working with Citgo Petroleum. Later, he worked as a reliability engineer and maintenance supervisor with Basis Petroleum and Owens Corning.


Gary Johnston
Vice President, Channel Solutions

Gary Johnston, Vice President Channel Solutions, Meridium, Inc.

Gary Johnston joined Meridium from SAP America where he was solutions principal for the public services, utilities and telecommunications and discrete manufacturing sectors. He was responsible for defining and implementing solution strategies for the Supply Chain Management and Project Lifecycle Management solutions in the industries he served. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Johnston spent more than 10 years in the manufacturing industry, assisting company turnarounds based on advanced manufacturing and supply chain management techniques. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.


Maher Maamari
Managing Regional Director, Middle East/North Africa

Maher Maamari, Managing Regional Director, Middle East/North Africa, Meridium, Inc.

Maher has more than 20 years of managerial and technical experience in the information technology, automation, reliability, and engineering fields. Prior to Meridium, Maher was responsible for all aspects of project implementation for real-time leak detection and pipeline simulation systems. He joined Meridium in 1997 with experience as a systems engineer, software engineer, product manager, and project manager in the oil and gas Industry. Maher has directed and managed many Meridium projects including ones at Saudi Chevron Phillips, BAPCO, ChevronTexaco, Qatar Gas, RasGas, SABIC, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, and Ameriven. He graduated from the University of Houston (Texas, USA) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).


Debby Martin
Controller

Debby Martin, Controller

Debby has more than 20 years of financial experience in public accounting, telecommunications, healthcare, and banking. She is responsible for Meridium's budgeting and finances and works with the management team to ensure adherence to the Meridium's vision and objectives. Along with a strong commitment to ensuring ethical financial reporting practices, Debbie is committed to growing Meridium with a fiscally sound, conservative approach. A licensed CPA since 1987, she graduated from Roanoke College (Salem, VA, USA) with Bachelors in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting.


Kenny Morgan
Vice President, Client Services

Kenny Morgan, Vice President, Client Services, Meridium, Inc.

Kenny, an experienced management and operations executive, has more than 18 years of experience in directing and managing services groups, including customer service, marketing, client relations and facilities management. He has held a number of management positions with a strong emphasis on goal setting, project management, teamwork, and a focus on customer service. Prior to joining Meridium, Kenny held senior management positions in client services and marketing in the banking and insurance industries. Kenny has a bachelor of arts in business management from the University of Oklahoma (USA).


Joe Nichols
Vice President, Product Strategy

Joe Nichols, Vice President, Product Strategy, Meridium, Inc.

Joe is responsible for Meridium’s overall product strategy and manages Meridium’s innovative product portfolio. In this role, Joe directs a team of Product Managers with a focus on delivery of unique, high-value product capabilities which optimize the performance of manufacturing assets. Joe joined Meridium in 1995 and has extensive knowledge around the implementation of asset performance management methodologies in large enterprises through his various roles in Consulting, Training, Marketing and Sales. Joe holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Information Systems) as well as a minor in Computer Science from Radford University (Virginia, USA).


Hari Pulijal
Vice President, Product Development

Hari Pulijal, Vice President, Product Development, Meridium, Inc.

Hari joined Meridium in 2005 with more than 17 years of experience in global application analysis, strategy, development and delivery for companies such as Cendant, i2 Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Novell and Bell Labs. Skilled in the project lifecycle from initial concept through delivery, Hari has successfully led several product development projects and mentored several Fortune 100 company software implementations. Hari holds an M.S. in computer engineering from Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) and a B.E. from the electronics and communications engineering school at Osmania University (India).


Roy E. Whitt
Vice President

Roy E. Whitt, Vice President, Meridium, Inc.

Roy’s 30-year career in the refining industry, most recently with Marathon Petroleum Company, included various positions in operations, engineering and management. He managed a 220,000 bpd refinery and held roles as manager of refining engineering and vice president of business operations. Roy has served on the API General Refining and Operating Practices Advisory Committees and NPRA’s Manufacturing Committee. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Kentucky and a member of AIChE. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (New York, USA) and an MBA from Morehead State University (Kentucky, USA). He is a graduate of the Ashland Management Development program at Indiana University and the Executive Program of the University of Michigan’s Business School.


Matthias Wobbe
Managing Director, Europe

Matthias Wobbe, Managing Director, Europe

Matthias joins Meridium from SAP, where he worked on the Solution Management Team for SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and as EAM/PM Product Manager for eight years with a focus in the areas of Enterprise Asset Management and Customer Service Management. Matthias has a strong background in consulting and training on SAP’s Maintenance and Material Management solutions. Prior to consulting and product management, Matthias worked on SAP’s development team for the maintenance management solution. He studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim (Germany).


Marnie Young
Director, Human Resources

Marnie Young, Director, Human Resources, Meridium, Inc.

Marnie has more than 16 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, most recently as a technical recruiter for an IT consulting firm and a large systems integrator. Marnie holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Mary Baldwin College (Virginia, USA).
