Bonz Hart founded Meridium in 1993 with the vision of helping the world's asset-intensive industries improve availability and reduce incidents through effective asset performance management. To help meet client needs worldwide, he leverages his years of experience; in industry, from working for other industrial software providers, and consulting to many Fortune 500 companies. Today, he leads a unique world-wide company that is committed to protecting people, the environment, and client profits/jobs by continually expanding the ways that Meridium software and services can help companies improve and manage the performance of their production assets.

Vice President, Sales
With more than 15 years of experience in sales and services, Brad joined Meridium in 2000 and held the position of Business Development Manager. He was promoted to the VP of Sales position in 2005. Brad is responsible for Meridium’s global sales efforts managing staff in various locations throughout the world. In addition to his sales role, Brad is also responsible for the development and management of Meridium's sales channel partners. Before joining Meridium, Brad spent 15 years with Demand Wave Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain execution software, where he served as Vice President, Sales and Services. Brad holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary (Virginia, USA).
Vice President, Value Implementation
Paul is a leading practitioner in reliability and maintenance improvement methodologies with a focus on helping Meridium clients with value creation and realization. He gained hands-on manufacturing plant experience in reliability, maintenance, operations, engineering and construction in a variety of industries including chemical, steel, aluminum, automotive, mining, aerospace, and consumer goods. Before joining Meridium Paul served as the Manager of Reliability Technology for Eastman Chemical. Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, a Masters in Engineering Management from Marshall University Graduate College, an MBA from Clemson University, and a Masters in Maintenance Management and Reliability Engineering from the Monash University in Gippsland, Australia. He is currently pursuing an MS in Applied Statistics and a PhD in Industrial Engineering at the University of Tennessee. Paul is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, holds ASQ certifications in Reliability Engineering and Quality Engineering and is a SMRP Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. He has served on the University of Tennessee's Maintenance and Reliability Center's advisory board and is an active member of ASQ and IEEE.

Vice President, Marketing
With more than 20 years of marketing and media relations experience, Bob’s goal is to empower customers with the information they need to unlock the potential of Meridium in their organization. Bob represents Meridium in a number of industry associations, holding seats on key committees with both NPRA (National Petrochemical & Refiners Association) and MESA (Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association). Prior to joining Meridium, Bob worked for Aspen Technology and other software and technology organizations, where he managed multi-million dollar international marketing projects and events as well as major rebranding and repositioning efforts. Bob holds multiple degrees in graphic arts and communications, as well as an MBA from LeTourneau University (Texas, USA).

Director of Contract Operations
Mike has extensive experience in banking and financial management. Prior to joining Meridium he was vice president with a regional bank chain and directed the credit compliance and administration group. With a focus on limiting Meridium's corporate risk, Mike works with our legal team to manage and negotiate contracts regarding software license sales, service work and third party ecosystem work. Mike holds a BA in industrial economics and accounting from Westphalia Academy (Dortmund, Germany).

Managing Regional Director, Asia Pacific
Greg is responsible for operations across Asia Pacific and South Africa from Meridium’s regional office in Perth, Australia. He joined Meridium in 1998 as part of the client services team, where he led reliability projects with ChevronPhillips Chemicals and Chevron. Internally, he led a development team focused on software enhancements in the area of condition monitoring. In 2002, he joined the sales team working on pre-sales activities ranging from business development, value propositions, project estimating, customer specific demonstrations and account management. By mid 2005, he began to focus on sales in the Asia Pacific region through working with global and regional partners. Greg has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Southern Illinois (USA). He was involved in maintenance, engineering and reliability with CITGO Petroleum, Basis Petroleum and Owens Corning prior to joining Meridium, Inc.

Managing Director, EMEA
Maher has more than 22 years of managerial and technical experience in the reliability, information technology, automation, and engineering fields. Maher is responsible for Meridium’s operations, sales, and services, across Middle-East, North and Central Africa, Southern and Eastern Europe, from Meridium’s regional offices in Dubai and Malta. He graduated from the University of Houston (Texas, USA) with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. He joined Meridium’s Houston office in 1997, with experience as a systems engineer, software engineer, product manager, and project manager in the oil and gas industry. Maher has directed and managed many Meridium projects including ones at Saudi Chemical, BAPCO, ChevronTexaco, Qatar Gas, RasGas, SABIC, Qatar Chemical, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, and Ameriven. Prior to Meridium, he was responsible for all aspects of project implementation and management for real-time leak detection and pipeline simulation.
Controller
Debby has more than 20 years of financial experience in public accounting, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, and banking. She is responsible for Meridium's budgeting and finances and works with the management team to ensure adherence to Meridium's vision and objectives. Along with a strong commitment to ensuring ethical financial reporting practices, Debby is committed to growing Meridium with a fiscally sound, conservative approach. A licensed CPA since 1987, she graduated from Roanoke College (Salem, VA, USA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
Vice President, Customer Sustainability
Joining Meridium in 2011, Mike’s key priorities have been to ensure that Meridium understands our customers’ current and emerging needs and opportunities, and that we continue to improve the quality and delivery of our world-class enterprise asset management software solutions and services. Mike joined Meridium as the Vice president of Customer Sustainability after a 33-year career as a Senior Director in Manufacturing and Engineering with The Dow Chemical Company, where he gained extensive management and leadership experience including: acquisition integration, maintenance and reliability, site and project management, change management, and logistics at USA and global locations. Mike also played a key leadership role in developing Dow’s Global Improve Reliability and the Global Improve Turnarounds work processes as well as change management methodology, organizational design and empowerment. He has a passion for employee development and has been significantly involved in leading U.S. Gulf Coast industrial workforce development. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mike is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.
Vice President, Client Services
Kenny, an experienced management and operations executive, has more than 25 years of experience in directing and managing consulting and services, marketing, client relations and facilities management groups. He has held a number of management positions with a strong emphasis on goal setting, project management, teamwork, and a focus on customer service. Prior to joining Meridium, Kenny held senior management positions in client services and marketing in the banking and insurance industries. Kenny holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Oklahoma (USA). He joined Meridium in 1996.
Vice President, Product Strategy
Joe is responsible for Meridium’s overall product strategy and manages Meridium’s innovative product portfolio. In this role, Joe directs a team of product managers with a focus on delivery of unique, high-value product capabilities which optimize the performance of manufacturing assets. Joe also manages the Meridium Education and Publication Product, Solution Management and Partner Solutions Organizations. Joe joined Meridium in 1995 and has extensive knowledge in the development and implementation of asset performance management methodologies and software in large enterprises through his various roles in consulting, training, marketing and sales. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/information systems with a minor in Computer Science from Radford University (Virginia, USA).
Vice President, Product Development
Hari joined Meridium in 2005 with more than 20 years of experience in global application analysis, strategy, development and delivery for companies such as Cendant, i2 Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Novell and Bell Labs. Skilled in the project lifecycle from initial concept through delivery, Hari has successfully led several product development projects and mentored several Fortune 100 company software implementations. Hari is responsible for Meridium's product architecture, development and delivery. Hari holds a master of science degree in computer engineering from Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) and a bachelor of engineering degree from Osmania University (India).

Vice President, Value Realization
An advocate for improved industrial safety through better asset management, Roy and his team have worked with experts around the world to develop a value assurance program consisting of key management systems that facilitate risk-based work processes enabled by world class software. He is continuing to build Meridium’s reputation as a thought leader in asset performance management through risk-based optimization of asset strategies with his published works and presentations at global venues. His 30-year career in the refining industry, most recently with Marathon Petroleum Company, included management of a 220,000 bpd refinery and vice president of business operations. Roy has served on the API’s General Committee on Refining and Operating Practices Advisory Committee as well as NPRA’s Manufacturing Committee. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Kentucky and a member of AIChE. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (New York, USA) and an MBA from Morehead State University (Kentucky, USA). He is a graduate of the Ashland Management Development program at Indiana University and the Executive Program of the University of Michigan’s Business School.

Director, Human Resources
Marnie has more than 16 years of experience in recruiting and human resources. Prior to joining Meridium’s leadership team in 1998, she worked as a technical recruiter for an IT consulting firm and a large systems integrator. Marnie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mary Baldwin College (Virginia, USA).
